Who I am

What I collect

When you use the contact form, price builder, or project intake form on this site, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any details you choose to share about your business or project

I don’t collect payment details through this site.

Why I collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, put together a price, or begin work on your project. I don’t use this information for marketing without your separate consent, and I don’t sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How it’s stored and shared

Form submissions are sent by email via Resend, an email delivery service, straight to my inbox. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors of your data on my behalf — they don’t use it for their own purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn’t track you individually or store personal identifiers. No cookie consent banner is needed because no tracking cookies are used.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and project details for as long as needed to deliver the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for my own business records, after which it’s deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent at any time
